Users are limited in the number of verifications transactions permitted per hour and per day. If a user exceeds either limit, the cooldown period is based on the limit exceeded. If the user exceeds the limit of transactions in an hour, they must wait until an hour after the first transaction. If the user exceeds the limit of transactions in a day, they must wait until a day after the first transaction. If a user cannot wait for the end of the cooldown period, an Identity Data Admin can reset the verification limits for that user with the Reset Verification request.
