The following activities provide an introduction to working with PingOne for Customers Management API endpoints.
Assign an environment administrator
This activity shows you how to assign an administrator to an environment who has the permissions to manage the environment, add populations, add users, and assign users to populations. To complete the activity, see Activity - Assign an environment administrator.
Use HAL links for resource investigations
HAL (Hypertext Application Language) is a formatting convention that provides hyperlinks to related resources returned by an API request. This activity returns password information about a specified user resource. To complete the activity, see Activity - Use HAL links for resource investigations.
Configure an application
This activity shows you how to create an application, configure its connection settings, create a resource access grant, and initiate an authorization request. After an access token is generated, the token is used by a user to authenticate and update a user attribute. To complete the activity, see Activity - Configure an application.
Configure a passwordless sign-on policy
This activity shows you how to create a sign-on policy for an authentication flow that uses only a username and a multi-factor authentication sign-on action to authenticate the user without a password at login. To complete the activity, see Activity - Configure a passwordless sign-on policy.
